To delete the letters one by one:

1. Press the Backspace key 8  ).

To clear all text and settings:

1. Press the Clear key (  ).
2. Press the Cursor key ( or ) until [Txt&Format] is displayed.
3. Press the Enter key (  ).

To clear only text:

1. Press the Clear key (  ).
2. Press the Cursor key ( or ) until [Text Only] is displayed.
3. Press the Enter key (  ).
