FAQs & Troubleshooting

The following conditions will cause the machine to display "ERROR".

• When you try to print using Numbering Function and the last number that will be printed is not larger than the number selected in the text.

  The last number that will be printed must be larger than the number selected.

• When you try to store your text and the file number you selected contains text.

  Press the dial (or ), and then select a different file number.

• When you try to store your text and nine text files are already stored.

  Press the  dial (or ), and then delete one of the stored text files before trying to store the current text.
