Întrebări frecvente şi depanare

Nu pot imprima folosind banda FLe și primesc un mesaj de eroare.

Descărcați și instalați cel mai recent firmware de pe pagina [Descărcări], când imprimați de pe imprimantă sau P-touch Editor folosind banda FLe și pe ecranul calculatorului sau LCD al imprimantei apare unul dintre următoarele mesaje de eroare:

Pentru P-touch Editor (Windows)

După ce este apăsat butonul "Media check":

Printer is off-line or no media is installed.
După ce a fost apăsat butonul "Print":
The tape cassette installed in the machine does not match the type selected in the application.
Pentru P-touch Editor (Mac)

După ce a fost apăsat butonul "Media check":
Your P-touch does not support the type of tape in your machine. Replace tape before printing.
După ce a fost apăsat butonul "Print":
The tape cassette installed in the machine does not match the type selected in the application.
