Întrebări frecvente şi depanare

Urmaţi paşii de mai jos.

• Windows 11
  Faceți clic pe [Start] - [All apps] - [Windows Tools] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].
   
• Windows 10 / Windows Server 2016 / Windows Server 2019
  1. Faceți clic / faceți clic dreapta (Pentru operația tactilă, atingeți lung) [Start] pe desktop.
  2. ([Sistem Windows] -) [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers]..

• Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 / Windows Server 2012 R2
  1. Pe ecranul desktopului, mutați cursorul în colțul din dreapta sus sau jos. Bara de meniu va apărea pe marginea dreaptă a ecranului Desktop.

     Dacă ecranul Start este pe ecranul calculatorului, faceți clic pe tabloul de desktop de pe ecranul Start..

  2. Faceți clic pe [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

• Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2

           Faceți clic pe butonul  [Start] -  [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Printers].

• Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008

           Faceți clic pe butonul  [Start] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Printers]

• Windows XP / Windows Server 2003

          Faceți clic pe butonul  [Start] - [Control Panel] - [Printers and Other Hardware] - [Printers and Faxes].

• Mac OS X 10.8 - macOS 11
  Faceți clic pe meniul [Apple] - [System Preferences] - [Print & Scan] sau [Printers & Scanners].
