Check the following points to clear the Printer Jam or Paper Jam message.

Cause 1: The paper is jammed in the machine.

1. Gently remove the jammed paper, and then press Stop/Exit.

2. Make sure the paper guides are set to the correct paper size.
   DO NOT extend the paper tray when you load A5 or smaller size paper. (for some countries)

Cause 2: Paper dust has accumulated on the surface of the paper pick-up rollers.

Clean the paper pick-up rollers.
