The machine has a mechanical problem.
Turn the power switch off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it on again. If the problem continues, please call your dealer or contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
If your machine has FAX functions:
We recommend transferring your faxes to another fax machine or to your PC before turning off the power switch.
