The printer prints unexpectedly or it prints incorrect characters.

Cancel the print job from your computer. Then, turn the printer off and on, or reset the printer and try your print job again.
Make sure your application software is correctly set up to use this printer. Check the printer driver settings or printer settings in your application software.
