How can I clear the "CHECK CARTRIDGE" error message?
The ink cartridge may not be installed correctly. Reinstall the ink cartridge.

Make sure that you have removed the sealing tape from the side of the ink cartridge.
Power off the FAX/MFC for several minutes, then power it back on again.
