How to print in high resolution mode using an HG tape
After ensuing you have an HG tape installed:
- Click on "File" and select "Print" to open the Print dialog box.
- In the "Output" drop-down list, choose "High Resolution (HG Only)".
- Click on the "Print" button.
Do not select "High Resolution (HG Only)" when using TZ or AL tape, otherwise the error message "high resolution (360 x 720dpi) Please use HG tape for printing." will be shown.
