FAQs & Troubleshooting

The paper is jammed in the printer.

If paper becomes jammed, remove the paper according to the following procedure.

 

  1. Carefully lift the Release Cover up to open it.

  2. Gently pull the paper out of the printer in either direction.

  3. Close the Release Cover.

  4. Insert a new sheet of paper and print again. (See "How to insert paper".)
