"Offline" appears on the Status Monitor.

Macintosh Offline

 

If the illustration above, follow the steps below:

  1. Disconnect the USB cable and re-connect it.
  2. Turn off the Brother machine and turn on it again.
  3. Restart your PC.

If the issue continues, contact Brother Customer Service from the "Contact Us" section.
