When the LED indication is shown on the control panel as below, the status means USB Flash Drive is Full (Scan to USB) and your machine cannot save to a USB flash drive because the USB flash memory is full.

Disconnect the USB flash drive, press , delete unused files or folders from the root folder of the USB flash drive and then try again.
