There are some cases when the machine's display shows the message Out of Memory or Print Data Full. Follow the solution suitable for your case.

NOTE: Available functions differ depending on the models.
 

• Case 1: If a secure print operation (printing the secure data) is in process:
  • Press (Cancel) and delete the previously stored secure print data.
  • Add more memory. (Click here to see the details of how to add more memory.)
     
• Case 2: If a print operation is in process:
  Do one of the following:
  • Reduce the print resolution.
  • Add more memory. (Click here to see the details of how to add more memory.)
     
• Case 3: If a copy operation is in progress:
  Do one of the following:
  • Press Partial Print or Quit to copy the scanned pages.
  • Press (Cancel) and wait until the other operations in progress finish, and then try again.
