"JAM D" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?

If there is a paper jam in the lower part of the duplex unit, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open the duplex back cover.

  2. Remove the jammed paper by pulling it out slowly.

  3. Close the duplex back cover.
