How is the print head cleaning cassette used?
To use the print head cleaning cassette, please follow the instructions below.
- Open the cassette cover.
- Insert the print head cleaning cassette, and close the cassette cover.
- Make sure the printer turned on, then press the Feed & Cut button twice quickly.
- If you repeat Step3 three times and the print quality is still not improved, clean the print head using a cotton swab or contact Brother customer service.
