When I try to scan to OCR I get the message "This feature is not available because there is no OCR Software installed"
Windows

Install the Paperport™ software supplied on the Brother Installation Disc with your machine. If you no longer have the Brother Installation Disc, contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
- If your model supports ControlCenter4, you can also download PaperPort™ using the PaperPort™ Install Tool, which is available under Utilities in the [Downloads] section.
Mac

We recommend using iPrint&Scan, which can be installed together with your Brother machine’s driver (depends on your model).
- If your machine does not support iPrint&Scan, install the PageManager software supplied on the Brother Installation Disc with your machine. If you no longer have the Brother Installation Disc, contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
