If the illustration above appears, follow the steps below:

If you use the Brother machine via USB connection, disconnect the USB cable and re-connect it.
If you use the Brother machine via wired network connection, disconnect the network cable and reconnect it.
If you use the Brother machine via wireless network connection, turn off the router/access point and turn it on again.

Turn off the Brother machine and turn it on again.

Restart your PC.
