This issue may occur if you continue to print after the LCD, LED or the status monitor shows one of the following messages:
NOTE: The LED indications and the message displayed on the LCD or on the status monitor will differ depending on the model being used.
If you are continuing to print after one of these messages appears, in order to resolve the issue, replace the drum unit with a new one. Click here for instructions on how to replace the drum unit.

If none of the messages above have appeared, the issue will be solved after the machine prints several pages.
