How do I improve the grey colour when printing a monochrome document in Colour Mode?

Please follow the procedure to improve the grey colour.

 

For PCL Printer Driver Users;
 

  1. Open the "Printing Preferences" of the printer driver.
    (Right click on the printer name icon and select the Printing Preferences from the Menu.)
  2. Open the Advanced tab and check on "Improve Grey Colour".
     

 
  1. Click OK.

 

For BR-Script Printer Driver Users;
 

  1. Open the "Printing Preferences" of the printer driver.
    (Right click on the printer name icon and select the Printing Preferences from the Menu.)
  2. Open the Paper/Quality tab
  3. Click the Advanced button.
  4. Select "On" in "Improve Grey Colour".
     

 
  1. Click OK.
  2. Click OK.
