My printer will not  power up.

Please check the following:


  1. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet.
  2. Make sure that the correct voltage is supplied at the outlet.
  3. If you still cannot resolve the issue, contact your nearest dealer or Brother Customer Service.
