How do I print the received faxes that are stored in memory? (Fax Storage)

Please follow these steps:

Press the Menu/Set key.
Press the up or down arrow key until FAX appears and press Menu/Set.
Press the up or down arrow key until REMOTE FAX OPT appears and press Menu/Set.
Press the up or down arrow key until PRINT FAX or PRINT DOCUMENT appears and press Menu/Set.
Press the Fax Start, Black (Mono) Fax Start or Colour Fax Start key.
After the Brother machine has finished printing, press Stop/Exit.

If you set Fax Storage to ON, your Brother machine automatically prints faxes as they are received into memory. This is a safety feature to prevent you from losing your messages in the event of a power failure.
