Please check the following points.

  • Was the seal of the toner cartridge pulled out?

 

  • The toner cartridge may be old or damaged, We recommend you replace the toner cartridge. To see how to replace the toner cartridge, click here.

 

  • Remove the paper stack from the tray, fan it, and put it back into the tray.

 

  • The power supply may be defective, If the problem continues contact your dealer or Brother Customer Service.
