My printed documents are incomplete or a blue screen appears when printing after a Windows 10 update (March 2021)
Certain Windows 10 updates distributed by Microsoft in March 2021 may cause the following problems:
To be able to print again on your Brother machine, click the update version for your Windows 10 version to download the correct patch file provided by Microsoft:

To check your Windows 10 version, click Start > Settings > Update & Security > View update history.
