How do I clear the message "Unusable Device / Please Disconnect USB Device"?
This message will appear if a USB device or USB Flash memory drive that is not supported has been connected to the USB direct interface.
This message will also appear if you connect a broken device to the USB direct interface.
Please check the following specifications of the supported USB Flash memory drive.

| Sub Class | SCSI or SFF-8070i |
| Transfer Protocol | BOT (Bulk transfer Only) |
| Format | FAT12/FAT16/FAT32 *NTFS format is not supported. |
| Sector Size | 512 Byte |
| Size | 16MB - 8GB |
