Jam E Rear

Please follow the steps below to clear the error message "Jam E Rear".

  1. Open the back cover.

    Open the back cover.

  2. Open the inner back cover.

    Open the inner back cover.

  3. Using both hands, gently pull the jammed paper out of the back of the machine.

    Gently pull the jammed paper out.

  4. Close the inner back cover.

    Close the inner back cover.

  5. Close the back cover.
