An error message "IGNORE DATA" appears on the printer LCD.
If 'IGNORE DATA' appears on the LCD message, this often suggests that there is not enough free memory available in the printer and it is often resolved by adding an additional printer DIMM. Click here to see how to install the additional DIMM.
If adding more memory to the printer does not resolve the problem, contact your local Brother re-seller.
