Yes.  You can create the following 3 types of numerically serialized tubes / labels.
(In the following description, "tube(s)" supposes E800TK and E850TKW.)

1. Serialize
   You can create a series of tubes or labels by incrementing one numeric character in the pattern.

2. Simultaneous
   You can create a series of tubes or labels by incrementing two different numbers at the same time.
   
   Example:

3. Group
   You can create a series of tubes or labels by allowing you to select two sequences in the pattern and increment them consecutively.
