Follow the steps below to check the firmware version.

1. Press * and # simultaneously.
2. The firmware version is displayed on the machine's display (LCD).
3. The first letter from the left represents the main firmware version.
4. Press the Down arrow key.
   The first letter from the left represents the sub (language) firmware version.
