"Offline" appears on the Status Monitor.
If the illustration above, follow the steps below:

If you use the Brother machine via USB connection, disconnect the USB cable and re-connect it.
If you use the Brother machine via wired network connection, disconnect the network cable and re-connect it.
If you use the Brother machine via wireless network connection, turn off the router/access point and turn on it again.

Turn off the Brother machine and turn on it again.

Restart your PC.
