My wireless device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) cannot access my scanner via the wireless LAN network.
Follow the steps below to improve the access via the wireless LAN network.

Check if the Wi-Fi® switch of the scanner is set to ON.
If not, slide the Wi-Fi switch to ON.

Check if four or more wireless devices are connected to your scanner at a time.
If so, disconnect the wireless devices that are already connected to the scanner. Then, try to connect three or fewer wireless devices to the scanner.

If the issue still remains, set the Wi-Fi® switch to OFF, then set it to ON to reconnect the scanner.
