When I press the print key, the power turns off.

  • The batteries are running low.
       If using AA alkaline or Li-ion batteries: Replace them with new ones.
       If using Ni-MH rechargeable batteries: Charge them fully.

 

  • Use any the Brother AC adapter specifically designed for this model.
