Stains appear at the end of the printed/ copied documents.
Depending on the paper you are using, stains may appear at the end of the printed/ copied documents (as shown in the illustration below).
You can improve this issue by changing the Density (for copy)/ Color Density (for print) setting or updating your Brother machine's firmware to the latest version.

Check the firmware version of your machine. Click here to see how to check the firmware version.
Based on the model of your machine, if the firmware version is earlier than the version listed below, update the firmware to latest one.
