By default, [Send usage information to help improve Brother products and services] is enabled.

You can stop receiving the messages by disabling the setting.

1. Select [Settings].
   
    
2. Select [Usage information].
   
    
3. Turn off [Send usage information to help improve Brother products and services].
   
    
4. Send usage information has stopped.
