The Wrong Paper Type message appears if paper size in the paper tray is not suitable for printing. Suitable paper sizes are A4 or Letter.

Follow the steps below to clear the Wrong Paper Type message.

1. Load paper until the edge of the paper touches the back of the paper tray.
   
   
   
2. Press the Start button to clear the error.
