I cannot find my Brother printer in Mopria™ Print Service (MPS) or Brother Print Service Plugin app after updating the app. (Android™)

If you cannot find your Brother printer on the preview screen or the search list of Mopria™ Print Service (MPS) or Brother Print Service Plugin app after updating the app, follow the steps below:


Note: The steps may differ depending on your mobile device.

 

  1. Open your mobile device’s Settings menu.
  2. Tap Connected devices > Connection preferences > Printing > Mopria™ Print Service (MPS) Brother Print Service Plugin.
  3. Turn Mopria™ Print Service (MPS) or Brother Print Service Plugin off.
  4. Turn the app on again.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your mobile device or reinstalling the app.
