Please follow the instruction below.
 

1. Press and hold the (Power) button to turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the (Feed) / OK button and the (Power) button for about five seconds. The LED indicator starts blinking in green.
3. While pressing the (Power) button, press the (Feed) / OK button twice.
4. Release the (Power) button.
