FAQs & Troubleshooting

White lines appear on the printed label or the print is blurred.

If the print head is dirty, streaks may appear on the printed label or the print quality may be poor.

Clean the print head using the cleaning cassette.

 

  1. Install the cleaning cassette into the roll cassette slot.

    The cleaning cassette is not for printing.

  2. The LED lamp lights and cleaning begins.

  3. When the cleaning paper is ejected, cleaning is complete.
