Authenticate Error (Scan to FTP)

The Authenticate Error (Scan to FTP) message appear if the FTP user name and password you entered are incorrect or not configured correctly. When the Authenticate Error (Scan to FTP) message appears, the following LED indication is shown on the control panel.

Confirm that the user name and password are configured or entered correctly and then try again.
