The USB Hub Not Supported (Scan to USB) or Other Error message appear if a hub or USB flash drive with a hub is inserted in the USB Direct Interface. When the USB Hub Not Supported (Scan to USB) or Other Error message appears, the following LED indication is shown on the control panel.

Remove the unsupported device, such as a USB hub or USB flash drive with a hub, from the USB Direct Interface.
