"This USB media cannot be used." message appears on the LCD. What does it mean?
This message is displayed when you try to use incompatible USB media.
Check the following possible problems.
Make sure that the USB media is completely inserted into the USB port on the machine. If the USB media is inserted, remove the USB media from the USB port and reinsert it.
If the problem persists, use another USB media.
Types of USB Devices/ Media that can be used
Refer to the following for supported USB media.
USB Flash drive (Type A)
Supported formats: FAT32 and NTFS
Recommended size: 8 to 32 GB
USB external CD/DVD drives (Embroidery data can be recalled only.)
Some USB media may not be usable with this machine.
