I cannot install the scanner drivers.
You may not have been given administrator privileges.
(Windows)
Login Windows with administrator rights.
(Macintosh)
From Apple menu, choose System Preferences => (System) => Users & Groups . The left pane of the window will list the current accounts, one of which should be your name with the word "Admin" underneath. If this is not the case, contact your system administrator.
