I tried to install PE-DESIGN or remove PE-DESIGN again and again, but I failed it.


In order to resolve problems that block you from installing or removing programs, follow these steps below.


  1. Download the software of the Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter on Microsoft website.

  2. Run the Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooteror, and then follow the steps in the troubleshooter program.
