FAQs & Troubleshooting

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Can I still receive faxes or calls when the machine is switched off?

Yes. You have the ability to customize a Fax Receive setting to On or Off. Fax Receive: On will allow you to receive faxes or calls when the machine is off. Fax Receive: Off stops the machine from receiving faxes or calls when the machine is off.

When the setting is "Fax Receive: Off" and the machine is not in use, the machine will still periodically purge the ink head to prevent ink blockage.
