FAQs & Troubleshooting
The print result is garbled or corrupted.
If you are using version 6.31a or later of the printer driver, and you are also using a version of the firmware older than version 2.00, the print result will be garbled. (See "How to identify the printer's firmware version ".)
To solve this problem, install the firmware version 2.02 or later from the [Downloads ] section of this web site.
