How can I reset the printer?
You can reset the printer settings in two ways: resetting all the settings or resetting communication settings only.
Resetting all the settings
-
Turn off the printer.

Press and hold the Feed & Cut button while holding down the Power button.

The Editor Lite lamp flashes and the Status lamp is lit in orange.

Press the Feed & Cut button six times while continuing to hold down the Power button.

All printer settings will be reset to the factory settings.
Resetting the communication settings
-
Turn off the printer.
-
Press and hold the Feed & Cut button while holding down the Power button.

The Editor Lite lamp flashes and the Status lamp is lit in orange.

Press the Feed & Cut button twice while continuing to hold down the Power button.

The communication settings will be reset to the factory settings.
