The amount of thread wound onto the bobbin with the bobbin winder is small.
Possible cause
The bobbin winding slider is set to the less side of the amount of thread wound onto a bobbin.
Remedy
Use the bobbin winding slider to adjust the amount of thread wound onto the bobbin to the level you desire.
