Is my Brother machine compatible with third party print servers?
Though the Brother machine may work with a third party print server, Brother cannot guarantee the compatibility between our machine and another company's print server. This includes print servers that are built into network routers. For assistance configuring the third party print server please contact your network administrator or the manufacturer of the print server.
You cannot use the scan or ControlCenter related functions via a print server. Only printing is possible via a print server.
