Toner specks
- Make sure that you use paper that meets our specifications. Roughsurfaced paper may cause the problem. Please see "What is the recommended paper?".
- Clean the corona wire and the drum unit. Please see "How do I clean the corona wire?" and "How do I clean the drum unit?".
- The drum unit may be damaged. Put in a new drum unit. Please see the instructions, "How do I replace the drum unit?".
- The fuser unit may be contaminated. Contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
