FAQs & Troubleshooting

Wi-Fi® indicator is lit in green but the printer cannot communicate with other devices via Wi-Fi.

First you must configure the wireless network settings of your printer to communicate with your network access point or router.

After the printer is configured to communicate with your access point or router, computers on your network will have access to the printer.

To use the printer from these computers, you will need to install the drivers and software. You can easily configure wireless network settings during the driver installation. For details, see the FAQ: "How do I connect the printer to my computer via Wi-Fi®?".

You can use the Network Setting Tool installed from the included CD-ROM to easily configure network settings or check the status of multiple printers.
