Adjust the beeper volume on my Brother machine.

When the beeper is on, the machine will beep when you press a key, or make a mistake.
You can choose from a range of beeper volume levels, from High to Off.


Click the link below for your model and follow the steps to adjust the beeper volume:


MFC models

  1. Press Settings(Settings).

  2. Press All Settings.

  3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display General Setup.

  4. Press General Setup.

  5. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Volume.

  6. Press Volume.

  7. Press Beep.

  8. Press Low, Med, High or Off.

  9. Press Home(Home).

DCP models


  1. Press Settings(Settings).

  2. Press All Settings.

  3. Press Up or Down arrow key to display General Setup.

  4. Press General Setup.

  5. Press Up or Down arrow key to display Beep.

  6. Press Beep.

  7. Press Low, Med, High or Off.

  8. Press Home(Home).
